Panel Deliveries
Due to the size and logistics involved in delivering panels, we have set the following conditions:
Orders Over £500 – Delivery Available
- Orders £500 – £999: £100 delivery charge
- Orders £1,000 or more: Reduced delivery charge of £50
Orders Under £500 – Collection Only
Due to panel size and handling requirements, orders below £500 are available for collection only.
Non-Panel Item Deliveries
We offer flexible delivery options for non-panel products:
✔ Orders £99 and above: ✅ Free delivery
✔ Orders below £99: 🚚 Flat delivery fee of £9.99
Collection Service
Prefer to pick up your order? We offer a free collection service from our warehouse.

Collection Process:
1️⃣ Select "Collection" at checkout.
2️⃣ Receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
3️⃣ Visit our warehouse with your order confirmation and valid ID.

Saturday: By Appointment Only
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our returns policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
✔️ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔️ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔️ Custom-cut materials and bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item:
1️⃣ Email returns@premier-bond.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide you with return instructions.
3️⃣ Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
Refund Policy:
✅ Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
✅ Refunds exclude delivery charges, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
